• In-stock items are payable on delivery.
• Pre-order items require 50% payment upfront to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% payable upon
delivery.
• Sea freight delivery takes approximately 40 days, while air freight delivery takes approximately 10 days
from order confirmation.
• All quoted prices are inclusive of freight charges, unless stated otherwise.
• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. This is because these items
are specially sourced or produced according to your specific requirements and cannot be resold or altered
once processing has begun.
• For in-stock items, customers are allowed up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or
refund in case of receiving an incorrect item or if the item is not working as expected.
While we take great care to pack the correct orders and ensure all items are fully functional before
dispatch, we understand that issues may occasionally arise and are happy to assist within this period.
• Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable, except where an approved exchange or refund applies
as stated above.
• Items remain the property of Glow&Home Kenya until full payment is received.
• Any concerns regarding damages or discrepancies should be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
